• 👨🏼‍⚕️I’m a resident doctor working in Milan @ Ospedale San Raffaele in Psychiatry
• 🩺I studied Medicine for 6 years at University of Catania, and graduated (110/110 with honors 🎉) in 2020 with a thesis title:

  Translational medicine in Alzheimer’s disease: the role of TGFbeta1 pathway as a novel pharmacological target.

• 🏫I also studied at Scuola Superiore di Catania, a university institute of higher education and research, and graduated in 2022 (70/70 with honors 🎉, here a clip of my graduation session) with a thesis on inflammation and depression:

Other Stuff

• ❌ I’m part of the organising team of TEDxCatania. I am passionate about effective communication and innovation. I am a TED member enjoying the TED mission: spread ideas, foster community and create impact.
• 🎵 I love performing music of all kinds. I studied clarinet for 5 years, it’s my main instrument. But I also dabble with saxophone, guitar, piano, drums, percussion, ukulele and…work in progress with harmonica!
• 💻 I’m learning to code in Phyton and HTML/CSS (this site is an experiment based on HUGO site generator).
